This 6.73-acre parcel fronts Kings Highway at Exit 170 just east of I-75. It is part of a previous DRI that is zoned for general commercial use. This location is a high-growth area. The lack of developed properties east of the highway provided a great opportunity for an infill retail center.Private Equity Group determined that the highest and best use for the property was to plat and subdivide it into five commercial retail parcels. We created the plat and completed all infrastructure improvements. The new subdivision provided a much desired product. National restaurant franchisers quickly absorbed the available parcels confirming the market demand.
